This refund policy explains when refunds are not available for Webinarum services. Webinarum is an informational website for the MyOwnConference webinar platform, operated by Akovana UAB. All paid features, accounts, and webinar rooms are provided through the MyOwnConference platform at myownconference.com. By purchasing any paid feature or package, you acknowledge and accept these rules.

§ 1. General information

All payments made for Webinarum services are final and non refundable.

We follow this policy because paid features are purchased only when a user chooses to enable them, such as increasing webinar room capacity, adding attendee access, or recording a webinar, live stream, or web conference.

You decide when to buy paid packages, and we never charge you automatically. Because there is no auto renewal and no stored payment method, purchased packages including daily plans or capacity boosts are not eligible for refunds.

To help you make a confident decision, Webinarum offers a free account with ongoing access to core platform features through MyOwnConference. The free account has no expiration date and does not require a credit card at sign up, so you can test the service before upgrading.

For the same reasons, we do not issue refunds if a user deletes their account after making a payment. Deleting an account stops any future use, but it does not reverse past purchases.

If you add more funds than the cost of your selected package, the remaining balance stays in your account and is applied to future usage.

We recommend using the free account first to confirm that Webinarum fits your needs before purchasing paid features.

§ 2. Free account limits

The free account includes full access to platform features within these limits.

1. Webinars for up to 5 attendees
2. Intended for non-business use only
3. Our branding appears on moderator webcams
4. Includes 500 MB of file storage
5. Supports up to 2 speakers at the same time
6. Allows unlimited attendees to take turns speaking
7. Allows importing up to 20 contacts for invitations
8. Supports up to 5 attendees in a single event
9. Allows recordings up to 20 minutes in 720p quality
10. Sharing recording links is not available on the free plan
11. White label branding is not available
12. Custom domains are not available
13. RTMP input is not available

All other features remain accessible within free plan limits.

Webinarum values user feedback and aims to respond to support requests within 24 hours. Most issues are resolved quickly through our online chat, available on the website and inside your account.

If a user violates the User Agreement, Webinarum may suspend or terminate access with or without prior notice. In such cases, any unused funds are not refundable.
